Level 1

Is able to communicate in a timely and efficient way in 1-1 mediums, with occasional support. Has basic spelling and grammar figured out.

Level 2

Is able to write broadcast communication to team with little to no support. Trusted by wider team to represent them. Writes in simple language, judges tone and brevity according to their medium.

Level 3

Regularly writes both internally and externally on behalf of their team. Communicates in a timely manner always, with perfect spelling, grammar and tone. Coaches others on written communication when asked.

Level 4

Writes on behalf of business, discipline or industry. Known for their writing, which they use to change hearts and minds.
